Requires opt-in for increases to a payment amount that is charged automatically and clarify application of Michigan consumer protection act to regulated businesses.

Requires Michigan veterans' facility ombudsman to forward report of an investigation finding abuse, neglect, or exploitation in a veterans’ facility to the department of licensing and regulatory affairs.
Requires forwarding reports of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a veteran to the county department of veterans affairs for certain state and local governmental officers and entities.
Requires county department of veterans' affairs to refer veterans identified in a report of abuse, neglect, or exploitation to the department of military and veterans affairs.
Creates a MI supply infrastructure factory in the state for design, manufacture, assembly, storage and distribution of personal protection equipment, ventilators, flood remediation supplies and other emergency items.
Provides for reciprocity for veterans and military service members and their dependents who hold an out-of-state license or registration and updates definition of armed forces under statute.
Provides for individual licensing and registration and licensing reciprocity for certain occupations for veterans and military service members and their dependents who hold an out-of-state license.

A resolution to recognize the life-saving work and innovation of employees in Michigan and around the country working to manufacture and distribute the COVID-19 vaccine.
A resolution to denounce the Attorney General's decision to not investigate the Governor's nursing home policy and the reported data on deaths in nursing homes and encourage county prosecutors to pursue investigations.
A concurrent resolution to recognize the victims lost to COVID-19 and to express our most sincere condolences to the families that have lost loved ones to COVID-19.
