Biographical Information

Education: Bachelor's degree in political science from Marygrove College. He also is a licensed social worker in the State of Michigan.
Employment/Military Record: Most recently served as deputy director of the MGCB's Casino Operations Division for more than six years and previously held various positions with the MGCB since 2001 as a regulation officer, senior regulation officer and employee licensing manager.
Community Activities: He serves as board president for the Detroit Recovery Project (DRP). Recently, Mr. Williams served on the Neighborhood Advisory Council of the FCA-Community Benefits Agreement. Mr. Williams was elected by his community in April 2011 to a three-year term on the Executive Board of the Jefferson-Chalmers Citizen District Council.
